Let's say that we got here by some millennial swiping, him sending her birthday cookies after their second date, her representing the NHL and taking him to free Rangers games, and a strange little puppy that always keeps things interesting.

Our Story

For friends and family who are unable to attend this special day with us in person, we have set up a live stream of the ceremony and part of the reception.

In an effort to keep everyone safe while celebrating, the following precautions will be in place the day of the wedding: Open Air VenueThe ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be in an open air barn with large sliding doors open throughout the event, rain or shine. This will help ensure that fresh air is circulating continuously throughout the evening. Temperature CheckUpon arriving at the venue, everyone will be asked to have their temperature checked to ensure that everyone is well enough to enjoy the event safely. Masks &amp; Hand SanitizerEveryone will be handed wedding-themed masks to wear . Individual hand sanitizers will likewise be given to all guests to use throughout the evening. Wrist BandsIf you wish to socially distance during the entirety of the event, including the cocktail hour and reception, red color-coded wristbands will be provided for you to wear. This will signal to other guests your preference to celebrate from a distance to the extent possible. All guests will be advised as to the meaning of the wrist bands.

Safety Precautions

We will have a block of rooms from November 20th to 22nd under "Cheever / Hocking Wedding." If you choose to stay at this hotel (and even if you don't), we will also have shuttle transportation to and from the venue on Saturday, November 21st.
